The team is experienced at carrying out appreciative inquiry action-research projects in partnership with schools, settings, organisations and local areas*. Application of qualitative, narrative-based methodology enables space for individuals and groups to safely ‘tell their stories’ and empowers collaborative action-planning bringing organisational improvement, strengthened relationships and better personal experiences.
